There's lots of horror stories online about new builds from all companies, so I was hesitant at first going with a new construction but in the end am very happy I did. The whole process can take a while and be stressful at times but at the end of it all i moved into a great home in a great location. Landon was great to work with and sent weekly updates on the building process. He also made sure anything that needed to be touched up got done. I am confident in the quality of the home and also feel good knowing that if anything comes up in that warranty period they will take care of it. Vernon always took his time to explain to the teeth anything that was asked of him. He was cordial, prompt and quick to respond even when busy. Vernon took it up a notch from where Julio stopped and most importantly, he was very helpful and educated me on the after closing requirement for my new build.
